IN the warm spirit of Ramadan and Aidilfitri, the Curve recently put together a memorable evening for a group of senior citizens at the mall.
Joining the 25 residents of Rumah Amal Limpahan Kasih for the mall's annual Buka Puasa fete were local celebrities Nor Razlinda Razli @ Bienda and Abdullah Ahmad @ Lah Ahmad.
The Curve's centre court was seen decked with décor reminiscent of the '60s. And entertaining was the event, which started off with a musical showcase and concluded with Bienda's performance of her single Jaga Hati followed by her rendition of Sesuci Lebaran.
“In this day and age, the hustle and bustle of city life often means we rarely stop to take the time to appreciate what we have or share in our fortunes with others,” said the Curve general manager Jazmi Kamarudin.
Visitors to the mall will want to enjoy the authentic train décor set up at the mall's centre court, as well as the variety of performances taking place throughout the month-long campaign which ends on June 17.
Together with the mall's official campaign partner, Presto, shoppers will be able to take part in Presto Rai Raya's HeyPresto! contest by simply looking out for Presto and his Buddies who will be scattered around the mall – tips can be found on the Presto Universe Facebook page.
Upon finding them, upload a Wefie image with one or some of Presto and his Buddies on Facebook, set the post to “Public”, and include the #HeyPrestoAtCurve hashtage. The top three posts with the most “Likes” will be rewarded with special prizes.
As part of the campaign, shoppers will be able to redeem these gifts after spending across a maximum of two receipts, subject to terms and conditions, while stocks last:
Salam Restu Raya Packets by spending RM200 and above (RM150 for Presto users) or
Snugg Raya 2-in-1 Pillow-Blanket by spending RM480 and above (RM430 for Presto users).
